a mixed experience

suite decor attentive staff relaxing atmosphere limited storage maintenance issues aggressive incident

The Penthouse suite had beautiful decor and cleanliness i liked the high standard of decoration. staff members were great to our needs. the bath tub was amazing. It added to the relaxing atmosphere.

The room had limited clothes storage. This was an issue for a multi-night stay. some minor maintenance issues existed and i mentioned them upon arrival.

easy access central location comfy bed lumpy pillows water puddles

The location offered easy access to the city center. The breakfast had many options and was tasty I enjoyed my stay in the Penthouse suite. The bed was huge I found it very comfy.

The room had no wardrobe for clothes I had to use my bag. The pillows were very lumpy. The air conditioner leaked water and the floor had puddles.

a good stay in a charming setting

cute staff thoughtful touch

I found the staff very cute and eager to assist. i particularly enjoyed the little touches in the room. They showed genuine care for my comfort. the room's sheer beauty completely blew me away. the amazing bath tub also added a luxurious feel.

The hotel advertised parking on site for a daily fee. this wasn't accurate. the available parking was actually on the street across from the hotel. it was a minor inconvenience, but it caused some initial confusion

mixed feelings about my visit

cracked tiles poor lighting

The bed in the azzurri room was comfortable enough. At least i slept okay.

the bathroom had cracked floor tiles. I also noticed poor lighting in the room. the external lights near the decking were broken, i had to use my phone's torch to walk safely at night.

lovely honeymoon stay

amazing room friendly staff luxurious feel

we stayed in the eden lodge for our honeymoon the room was amazing i loved the hot tub the staff were very friendly i would definitely return the room felt private and luxurious it was well worth the price we paid the breakfast was also good we received fresh coffee each morning to our door. the bed was large and very soft with many cushions
